Metcalfe is not sorry for blocking domestic violence resolution.

Here's the latest on the ridiculous Rep. Metcalfe situation. In case you missed it, Metcalfe blocked a vote on a resolution to recognize October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Pennsylvania. He alleges that his objection is rooted in the legislation's "homosexual agenda." As this blog pointed out a couple days ago, the full text of the resolution does not suggest any sort of agenda. Regardless, Metcalfe has continued to support his original contention, despite the objections of countless Pennsylvanians and many of his colleagues. Apparently, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Metcalfe is not sorry for his remarks.

Well, we're sorry for you, Metcalfe.

(Bonus: the article quotes my former boss, Rep. Babette Josephs, D-182!)
